Tidarat Gaudin (Kru A)

Position: CARE Clinical Supervisor

Hello, I'm Tidarat Gaudin (known to many as A—my students call me "Kru A"), a Clinical Supervisor using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support individuals in reaching their fullest potential.

I began my career as a physical therapist, spending five years supporting clients through movement and rehabilitation. In October 2012, I transitioned into the field of ABA—and I've never looked back. Each day reaffirms my decision, as I witness meaningful progress in my cases and walk alongside families through their unique journeys.

What drives me most is the belief that every individual deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential. As we know, each learner has a different way of learning; it's not one-size-fits-all. My role is to uncover the most effective, personalized pathway for each person's growth.

As an ABA therapist, I worked across diverse settings—including in-home sessions, community outings, playdates and group activities, and school shadowing. In my current role as a Clinical Supervisor, I've supported learners ranging from 2.5 to 26 years old. My areas of focus include early intervention, functional communication training, life skills development, caregiver collaboration, and working closely with schools to create outcomes that are meaningful and empowering for each learner.

Outside of work, I find joy and balance in tending my garden, cooking delicious meals, playing the violin, and studying. These moments of creativity and reflection help me bring fresh energy and perspective into my professional life

Hi, I'm Songg, a clinical supervisor at CARE Thailand. My journey with ABA began in 2017, but my passion for supporting children and families started much earlier. As a psychology student at Chulalongkorn University, I was drawn to understanding human behavior, and later, while volunteering as a special education teacher, I realized how much more I wanted to do. That's when I found ABA, a powerful approach that became my lifelong path.

Hello, I'm Tidarat Gaudin (known to many as A—my students call me "Kru A"), a Clinical Supervisor using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support individuals in reaching their fullest potential.

I went on to complete my Master's in ABA in the UK, became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2020, and have since worked with learners of all ages across homes, schools, and clinics. Along the way, I've also supported parents and teachers through training, because meaningful progress happens when everyone works together.

What excites me most is seeing how ABA can break down barriers, open doors to learning, and build independence. Every step forward, whether big or small, reminds me why I do this work.

(Kru Ice) MA.

Position: CARE Clinical Supervisor

Hello, my name is Ice, and I am a Clinical Supervisor at CARE Thailand. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Developmental Psychology from Kasetsart University. My journey in this field began during my internship at a government hospital, where I witnessed firsthand the challenges that children and families faced due to limited resources. Many children had to wait a long time before receiving intervention, and I often found myself thinking how transformative it would be if they could access intensive, timely support from specialists who truly understood their developmental needs.

In 2016, I joined CARE Thailand, where I found an intensive training system that allowed children to make meaningful progress through structured intervention. Over the past 10 years, I have had the privilege of supporting many children and families, walking alongside them through each stage of growth and development. These experiences have strengthened my belief that every child has the ability to learn, make progress, and achieve developmental milestones in their own unique way—with families playing a vital role in their success.

To further deepen my knowledge, I pursued a Master's degree in Counseling at Srinakharinwirot University, which has allowed me to better understand and support children and families within a broader context.

At CARE, I believe that every child can learn and deserves valuable opportunities to do so—nurtured through understanding, expertise, and teamwork. Working at CARE has shown me how growth and positive change are always possible. I truly believe that everyone has potential, and witnessing progress each day is the most meaningful part of this work for me.

Hi, I'm June, and I work as a Clinical Supervisor at CARE Thailand. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Burapha University. A friend from university first introduced me to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and I've been passionate about it ever since. I've been working at CARE for 10 years, and during this time, I've seen how early intervention through ABA can help children develop important skills while also supporting their families.

In Thailand, understanding of ABA and support for children with special needs is still limited. This motivated me to dedicate my career not only to providing intervention but also to raising awareness and understanding about the benefits of ABA. I hope to contribute to a broader recognition of the potential of early intervention, helping both children and families access the support they need. Being part of this process and seeing children grow, families gain confidence, and communities become more informed is what makes my work truly meaningful.

Araya Verojporn (Joy)

Position: CARE Clinical Supervisor

Hi, I'm Joy, a Clinical Supervisor at CARE. My journey in this field began with a Psychology degree in 2015, followed by clinical training in Thailand, where I worked with children with special needs in both developmental and psychiatric settings. That's where I first encountered ABA and saw how impactful it could be.

In 2016, I joined CARE as a therapist, supporting children through ABA programs. I quickly fell in love with the work—watching children grow and celebrating every milestone with their families. This passion led me to pursue a Master's degree in ABA in the U.S., and I became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2023. After gaining experience in the U.S., I returned home and rejoined CARE in 2025.

CARE has always felt like home. It's a place that puts children first—every plan, every goal, starts with what's best for the child. We also value continuous learning, so our team can provide the most effective, research-based support.

As a Clinical Supervisor, I'm here to partner with your child and your family—bringing both my international experience and genuine care to help your child grow, thrive, and feel confident every step of the way.
